Absolutely! Occasionally a resident's inability to make timely payments or negligence, leading to the destruction of property, becomes a risk to cash flow and investment. Although the eviction process is very detailed and can become complicated, especially if issues such as bankruptcy are involved, BFF is very experienced handling them. We protect your property by being proactive in documenting potential disputes, evictions, and keeping very detailed files. We are frequently able to handle routine cases in-house. In those that require counsel, we will accompany counsel and represent your interests in court.
